I didn’t know I’d keep gaining the weight back until I addressed my mental health. No one ever told me that.

I started taking CBD to get off a pill that was prescribed to help with my feelings of impatience and overwhelm, but causing many undesirable side effects.

To my surprise, the CBD worked (and kept working) and I never went back to that pill again.

The CBD healed me from the inside out; so much that in 2021 when I began my most recent weight loss journey, I had better success than ever before.

I’ve since lost over 50 pounds and have kept it off!

SUPPORT

EXERCISES: Start small. Some movement is better than no movement. I started really small and only worked out for the 2 minutes it took to warm up my lunch. I did this 2-3 days a week FOR MONTHS! Eventually, I wanted to move my body more. I added in longer walks with my dogs, I started parking further out in parking lots, and my workout sessions have now become longer.

WEIGHT LOSS TIPS: 1. Drink lots of water. 2. Consume less sugar. I find my weight creeps up on me if I’m not diligent in these 2 areas.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT: Find supplements that work for you. For me, a daily pre/probiotic is a MUST! I find that I feel so much better when my gut is healthy. In addition to a daily pre/probiotic I use a gentle (no bellyaches or cramping) detox supplement a few times a month. I take the detox right before bed. so that it will move through my system while I sleep and allow for a couple of good “eliminations” the next morning. Throughout my journey, two other supplements I find success with are a metabolism booster and an appetite suppressant. They both help me process my food faster and keep the cravings at bay. And, of course my daily CBD keeps everything balanced and on track.
